Diversity and Inclusion

Uniquely different, same mission.

At Gympass, we’re not all the same. And that’s our greatest strength. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. We know that bringing our unique experiences, diverse cultures, and perspectives together will help us achieve our mission of making the world a healthier place. We aim to create an environment that understands, accepts and values all kinds of differences between people.

It is part of our company mission to create a joyful, collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment where everyone knows that they belong. At Gympass, belonging is welcoming and celebrating your authentic self. When our team knows they belong here, we all thrive together.

Recent initiatives and data indicate we’re headed in the right direction but we recognize there are key areas where we need to do better. Implementing programs that focus on inclusion (such as Employee Resource Groups), harnessing data to support diversity hiring practices globally, increasing the share of senior women leaders, and including diversity and inclusion in all department goals and objectives.

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

The biggest problem my team solves daily is how to provide the greatest client experience around. We are constantly asking ourselves "How do we build a relationship that is strong and memorable each and every day?" We are our greatest competition - and it is a joy to show up every day to compete against ourselves as a team.
